Here is a fantastic orchestra performing one from their repertoire. This amazing and talented group of musicians have battled through pod closures and been able to perform together.
Enjoy!

Just joking……
We were only dressed up as terrifying, raiding Vikings for Viking day!
On Tuesday 28th January, Year 5 were lucky enough to have a Viking expert (Bjorn the Skull-Splitter) come in for the day to teach us about all aspects of Viking life… Even what they used as a toilet!! Yuck! In addition, we wrote our own names in old Norse, created our own Viking nicknames and we decided upon our own jobs for the day! It was truly exciting! Later in the day, we played entertaining games such as stick wrestling and many more… We even saw what needy people (thralls) ate and even what the wealthy people (jarls) ate. THERE WAS A HUGE DIFFERENCE! By the end of the day, I felt like I was a Viking fighting in real deadly battles, as we had to follow commands that they would have used in the Viking armies…
Well at least we will be ready if the Vikings invaded Bevington tomorrow!!
