Exploring the delights of Ladbroke Grove

Year 1 had a brilliant time last week on their trip exploring the local area. As part of their new Geography topic both classes walked around Ladbroke Grove to familiarise themselves with the features and landmarks they had seen previously on the map. The children had a great time smelling the chips from George’s, seeing the fresh fish in the shop windows on Golborne Road and being awe struck by standing at the bottom of Trellick Tower and looking all the way to the top!
