We know that one of the greatest challenges facing every school these days is how they grow their staff and make sure that the right people are in place to ensure the best teaching and learning. Knowing what this will look like involves high levels of succession planning which goes on all the time at Bevington. We are fortunate to have so many amazing teachers and support staff here that we are more than ready and have covered all bases.
