Healthy snacking

We had a great assembly this morning from change4life all about putting down the crisps and choccies, and picking up a carrot!  Ellie talked to the children all about the benefit of healthy snacking, in line with research recently published.  As Gold Healthy School Award holders, we know all about keeping our salt down and increasing our intake of fruit and veg, but this was a really useful reminder that we need to think carefully about everything we put in our bodies.
