Incredible levels of musicianship

In the words of composer Erik Satie, “the musician is perhaps the most modest of animals, but he is also the proudest”.  That was certainly in evidence this afternoon as we completed our round of auditions for our newly formed Bevington School Orchestra.  The panel was truly bowled-over by the musical talent hidden in each and every corner of the school.  From mesmerising pianists to enchanting flautists, it is clear that we have a substantial, and growing, group of musicians in Bevington.

There is a concert booked for the Summer Term, when the Orchestra will perform pieces by itself and as well as collaborations with our School of Pop.

Look out for the date and make sure you are there!
