Samba Launch!

This afternoon we held the first rehearsal of our brand-new Samba Band.  For half an hour the top corridor felt like Rio de Janeiro as our extensive collection of Surdos, Ganzas and Tamborims were hit, beaten and shaken in perfect rhythm…. mostly!  We will be rehearsing weekly with a view to performing in the Summer Term.  Who knows, we may even get a slot at our local yearly extravaganza, the Notting Hill Carnival.
