Science and Art Collaborations
The value of collaboration was in the air today, with three classes in the school visiting local secondary schools to further their learning. Sequoia and Oak classes visiting the science labs at the Westminster Academy and learnt all about habitats, how precious they are to our endangered species, and what humans are doing to threaten them. Meanwhile, Sycamore class enjoyed an artistic afternoon at Sion Manning School where they created scratch drawings based on Native American portraits linked to their current topic of The Americas. Thanks to all secondary staff for your time; let’s keep the collaboration going!
