Staying safe online

Thanks to the NSPCC who came and led an online safety workshop for parents today. They had very useful hints and tips on to make sure you know what your child is looking at on the internet and how to help them think carefully about who they engage with. They also touched on social media and all its associated pressures. We always say to our children that if you wouldn’t say something to someone’s face then you shouldn’t say it from behind a keyboard and we know the NSPCC agree. Seems like sensible advice!
