Turning the school green

Birch class put their best riverdance foot forward this morning, with an assembly all about St Patrick’s Day.  We learnt all about the origins of the saint’s day, and the history of St Patrick himself.  Birch taught us about the symbolism of the shamrock, as well as discussing the myth surround the pot of gold at the rainbow!  Thanks to parents, friends and family members who came.
