Paying for School Services
We use the My Child at School (MCAS) app as your central hub for everything you need to know about your child’s school life.
Through MCAS, you can view attendance, behaviour, messages, payments, trips, and clubs all in the same app. More services will continue to be added over time, meaning you only need one login for all school-related information and actions.

Getting started

Download the MCAS app from your device’s app store, or visit www.mychildatschool.com.

Log in using the username and password sent to you by email, along with the school postcode W10 5TW.

FAQs
1. What is MCAS?
MCAS (My Child at School) is our online portal and app that lets you view and manage key aspects of your child’s school life in one place – including attendance, behaviour, messages, payments, trips, and clubs.
2. How do I log in for the first time?
You will have received an email from the school with your username (email address) and password.

Download the MCAS app from your app store or go to www.mychildatschool.com.

Enter your email address, password, and the school postcode W10 5TW.
3. I’ve forgotten my password – what should I do?
Click the Reset Password link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, tick the reCAPTCHA box, and click Send reset email. Follow the link in the email to create a new password.
4. Can I see information for more than one child?
Yes. If you have more than one child at the school (or at multiple schools using MCAS), you can switch between them using the dropdown menu in the dashboard.
5. How do I pay for trips, clubs, or school meals?

Go to the relevant module in MCAS (Clubs, Trips, Dinner, or Store).

Select the item and click Add to Basket.

Go to your Basket, click Checkout, and follow the payment steps.
6. Can I enrol my child in free clubs?
Yes. In the Clubs module, select the club you want and click Enrol Now (if spaces are available).
7. How do I top up dinner money?
In the Dinner module, click Add Dinner Money, enter the amount, and follow the checkout process.
8. How do I update my contact details?
Go to the Data Collection Form module, make your changes, and click Save Changes.
9. Will I receive notifications from the school through MCAS?
Yes. Make sure notifications are enabled in your phone’s settings when you install the app to receive important updates.
10. Who do I contact if I have issues logging in or using MCAS?
